On the heels of the recent Pandemic Horde (PH) Partisans’ fireside in which SIG leader alphastarpilot announced a shift in PH’s focus to Branch, Horde has now made it official. The entire alliance is deploying to Branch and advising all pilots to leave Geminate.
As headshotting staging stations has become an increasingly common tactic, alphastarpilot noted in his fireside that Partisans will be staging out of the NPC station in PF-QHK and using a cloning Astrahaus for logistics to prevent a titan drop on staging. He said SIG members should set deathclones to PF- and should only be in Geminate if ordered there.
Now it appears that similar guidance has been extended to the entire alliance. “Our priority is Branch,” noted a ping from PH leadership. “Perimeter has served us well and we were blessed to hold it that long. But naturally it belongs to the dominant force on the server . . . Same applies to Geminate. Our caps are not in Geminate, our FCs and sigs are not in Geminate.”
In the wake of The Imperium’s ongoing ceasefire with GOTG/Dead Coalition, Pandemic Horde has found itself increasingly at odds not only with the alliance’s long-time Imperium rivals, but also with its former PanFam allies. The move away from Geminate – where the group first made its home several months ago – is a marked shift from its posture during the recent War in the North, in which the brunt of the fighting was borne by CO2, NCdot, and GOTG, while PH focused on fortifying Geminate.
