In Outer Ring on May 30 at roughly 02:30 EVE time in GA-2V7, Pandemic Legion (PL) Ishtars engaged unsupported Black Legion. (BL) dreadnoughts who were reinforcing a Dysprosium moon mining POS owned by Trauma Ward. PL successfully killed three BL dreadnoughts totaling 9.67 billion ISK while losing just a single interdictor to a third party, Nerfed Alliance Go Away, kitchensink assortment. Trauma Head notified PL of the BL dreadnoughts on their POS and PL set to work. They checked their wormhole maps and Ayrix, called the ‘saucier’ of the op by head chef and FC Ron Mexxico, found a great entrance to the area. PL formed up an Ishtar fleet, supported by Scimitars and a large amount of Interdictors, and burned through the wormholes to arrive in the system.
The first dreadnought to die, a Moros piloted by Mikhail Enakan, was caught in a belt and was quickly dispatched by the overwhelming firepower of 56 Ishtars. The two other dreadnoughts, a Revelation piloted by volcos and another Moros piloted by Andrew Eton, were caught at the POS and killed. Hilariously, all three dreadnoughts were piloted by pilots in the BL corporation THE AESIR., who made up the majority of victims in the other massacre of unsupported capitals by PL earlier this month.
Will THE AESIR. capitals attempt to reinforce POSes unsupported again? Will PL again bring in Ishtars to dunk them for billions of ISK in damages? Stay tuned.
