This afternoon in Safizon, a system in Amarr highsec, a huge Drifter battleship fleet arrived, occupying space around the gates and station. The Amarr Navy formed a fleet largely consisting of Omen Navy Issues to counterattack, but was completely routed.
Soon afterwards, capsuleer forces assembled and began to fight the Drifters. A Curatores Veritatis Alliance Maller fleet joined up with Praetoria Imperialis Excubitorus and other capsuleers. The fighting began around the station, and later spread to an engagement on the Zatsyaki gate. Both engagements left the Drifters victorious, and capsuleer forces suffered heavy losses.

Looking at zKillboard, the Drifter Battleships have destroyed 138 capsuleer vessels in Safizon alone.
