Lazerhawks engaged United W-Corps (UWC) in the wormhole system of J110841 at approximately 20:40 on June 8th, slaughtering five dreadnoughts and two carriers in a vicious ambush. The capitals were all owned by the corporation Stellar Solutions Factory (S-S-F), a member of UWC. The battle was decisively won by Lazerhawks, who lost only a Sabre and a Guardian. Lazerhawks fielded a fleet of T3 strategic cruisers backed up with Guardians, totalling around 40 members, while S-S-F was only able to muster four Lokis and a Tengu to defend their capitals. Hidden Fremen, FC for Lazerhawks, remarked that they managed to tackle the S-S-F capital fleet while it was the midst of ratting. Lazerhawks did not seed the encounter, according to Hidden Fremen, but simply stumbled into the opportunity.
The battle took approximately 40 minutes in total. S-S-F fielded a Bhaalgorn approximately 20 minutes into the fight in a desperate sacrifice to save the capitals. Ultimately, only one S-S-F Moros managed to escape the engagement.
