New and Updated Landmarks
CCP seems to be showing explorers some love in these new updates. A number of new landmarks are being introduced and some of the old ones are getting a revamp. Definitely something to go take a look at for the sightseers out there.
Native Mac Client Playtest April 15-21
CCP is testing out the new Mac client and would appreciate your assistance. They mainly want to know about serious problems with the client that they can’t detect on their own – crashes, performance issues, and failures to launch. They will also be using the “Download on Demand” feature because that is being tested as well, so the Test version will use extra space on your system.
There are many other details you’ll need to be aware of if you would like to give CCP a hand, so make sure to check out the update itself for those.
CSM 16 Election Coming Soon
With CSM 15 wrapping up, it’s time for a new crop of CSM candidates to step forward. The submission period runs from April 26 to May 12th, so if you want to run, it’s time to start putting your application together. The requirements are that your account must be at least 60 days old, can be either Alpha or Omega, and you must have a history of honoring the EULA. Candidates must also create a campaign thread in the CSM Section of the forums.
Capsuleer Survey – Get 7 Days of Omega
As of April 15th players can click a link on the character selection screen to complete a character survey. The survey was created by a research company called 12traits that can help identify what you, as a player, are actually like. CCP is offering players who complete the survey a free week of Omega. Additionally, you will get a copy of your own results which may help you understand yourself better.
New Horizons in New Eden
