The early adopter phase of any computer Operating System (OS) can be fraught with confusion, and Windows 10 is no different. Last month, Q the Pirate took us through the basics of configuring your privacy settings in Windows 10. Now he’s back to take another look at some of the more advanced tricks you can use to help maintain your privacy in this new environment.
In this follow-up video, Q the Pirate shows you how to delete some of the more intrusive (and unnecessary) services, safely edit the registry, and other deeper tools and tricks you can use to help secure your data and configure your system just the way you want. Included are alternative suggestions for some of Windows 10’s default applications for web browsing, music, movies, and more.
Be sure to catch Q on the Blue Plate Special, Wednesdays at 12 p.m. Pacific (3 p.m. Eastern) on our Twitch channel for games and any tech questions you might have. And for more videos, be sure to visit TheMittaniTV on YouTube.
