Paused Queue SP Reimbursement

CCP has announced that capsuleers whose skill queues were interrupted during a Ghost Training hotfix have been reimbursed at a rate of 40 SP per minute of skill time paused, regardless of attributes.

The hotfix, one of a series of changes that were a part of the controversial ‘summer of rage’, caused some players to have their queues paused without notification. A statement promising reimbursement had been issued 17 days ago, shortly after the initial incident was reported.

Players who experienced the issue but were not properly reimbursed are encouraged by CCP to contact their customer support and file a ticket.

Judging by the forum thread, there seems to be quite a few people who haven’t got their SP reimbursed.

    • What worries me more is the rumor that logging in as Alpha caused the current skill in training to be calculated at the Alpha rate (training time from last skill complete, calculated at 50%). I only train Specialization V skills these days, and that could mean a week or two for me. I have to audit my skill logs. In the meantime I’m afraid to log in to the couple accounts that are currently alpha status, which were training capital gunnery specializations.

Yeah, the reverse ghost training is quite weird.

I was in Mumble when I heard about the skill que being paused. I diligently made sure my skill que remained unpaused through out the course of the day and never noticed my skill que stopping. I received about 31K of un-allocated skill points. I’m satisfied.
