CCP announced June 23 that back-to-back downtimes will be extended to “perform a range of database testing.”
Downtime will be extended on Wednesday, June 24, and Thursday, June 25.
The extension will likely add up to 30 minutes to each downtime. CCP expects “Tranquility to be back accepting connections by 11:30 UTC at the latest. However, we will let players in earlier if work is finished earlier.”
Updates will be posted in this thread and on EVE Status Twitter 215 as they become available.

One of the other CCP devs posted a picture of the hardware that’s the subject of one of the tests, and asked anyone to guess the specifications. Hopefully another incremental performance increase.

Making sure that when things die there is no hope that Pandafam can request their SRP from CCP.
