Following on from the paused skill queues experienced by a number of players earlier this month, and the announcement of reimbursement this week, CCP Falcon updated his forum post to announce the reimbursement is now complete.
He clarified that players are only reimbursed for the exact time their queue was paused, so, if you were paused for 1 minute, you get 40 SP, 2 minutes, 80 SP and so on. This differs from the normal SP reimbursement that CCP does. Usually, they do a blanket reimbursement to all players who had active accounts at the time. In this instance, they are reimbursing at a user level.
The pauses in skill training on all characters on an account are calculated, so, if one character on an account has 10 minutes lost, and another has 1 minute lost, you are reimbursed 440 SP.
If you used multiple pilot training certificates, the SP is reimbursed to the character on the account which has the most SP, even if that character did not lose SP. There are, however, reports of people having this happen in instances where they were not using an MPTC, so be sure to check your queue.
There have been reports of people not receiving reimbursement, and if you have not received reimbursement then you can open a ticket. For most players, the amount of reimbursement will be extremely small, in the low hundreds of SP. There are, however, cases where people seem to have had their queues paused for upwards of 10 hours.
With all the problems reported around this reimbursement, it seems likely that any tickets you submit may take a while to be processed, so bear this in mind when you send one in.
