On January 15, CCP announced the ticket sales dates for all seven of the public CCP-associated player meets in 2019 in this dev-blog.
The first tickets to go on sale are for Evesterdam, and these tickets are on sale now. Evesterdam has been Europe’s largest player-hosted meetup for a number of years now, and CCP’s involvement should (in theory) make this the best year yet. Evesterdam takes place on March 23-24, and this author looks forward to seeing many of you there! Early bird tickets cost 61 Euros, and once those are gone, full-price tickets will cost 75 Euros.
Other events will see ticket sales coming in the next weeks and months. Details on event locations can be found here, and of course we will continue to keep the community informed as more announcements about the EVE World Tour become available. The following dates are when each event will take place and when tickets will be available for each event respectively, though we have no information as yet about ticket pricings for any of them.

Toronto, Canada on June 21-23: Tickets available Tuesday January 22
Berlin, Germany on September 13-14: Tickets available Sunday March 24
Las Vegas, USA on October 25-27: Tickets available Tuesday April 2
London, UK on November 23: Tickets available Friday August 23
