In Delve on August 3rd at 18:03 in QC-YX6, the Imperium, in the form of its special interest group European Goonion, engaged Northern Coalition. [NC.] and Pandemic Legion [-10.0] over a money Moon owned by EON Alliance. The Moon was successfully reinforced by NC. and the isk war was also won by NC. and PL.
The Imperium fielded a fleet of armor tanked Machariels while NC. and Pandemic Legion used a combined fleet of armor Tech III cruisers, Super carriers, and Titans. The Imperium was led by Mister Vee, and NC. was led by Poision Kevin. Initially, the Imperium was able to chew through the Lokis of NC. from the raw DPS of their autocannon Machariels. However, with the arrival of Pandemic Legion Proteuses and Dreadnaughts, the tide began to turn in the favor of NC. and Pandemic Legion. After almost 50 minutes of fighting, the Imperium withdrew from the field. In terms of damages, the Imperium inflicted 26.16 billion ISK while NC. and Pandemic Legion inflicted 35.14 Billion ISK in return. One of the notable kills of this fight is the Guardian of Baracuda, which, while it is fit in a normal fashion, seemingly forgot about what was in his cargohold.
This conflict is part of a series of engagements in Delve and Aridia as NC. attempts to win both systems and high-value Moons from EON Alliance, Confederation of xXPizzaXx, and other local entities.

NOTE: Supers/Titans from NCdot was there to RF/Shave the POS, not explicitly to fight EG.
Also stating the obvious where, it was a bad fleet choice in general from my part knowing Vee would come.
EG squad leader Dominionix also weighed in on behalf of Mister Vee.
EG had spotted NC. logging in supers and their Lokis sat on a titan, we knew they’d been reinforcing money-moons in the area recently so Vee formed up our Machariels. We saw their cyno on the map when they bridged out so got scouts in system and started making our way over. While this was happening our scouts reported PL forming Proteus’ and blap dreads. We already knew they were planning to head for us, and that with their combined fleets we’d be heavily outnumbered, but EG quite like the odds being stacked against us and Vee wanted a fight so we set off.
The EG and NC. fleets moved around systems a bit, but it seemed pretty clear NC. wanted to fight under the cover of their supers so Vee decided to take the engagement on their terms in QC-YX6 by one of the gates, and warped EG in at about 60km. We had expected PL to drop immediately but they held off, and EG began to trade ships with NC. at a pretty reasonable rate. Our logi were managing to hold reps on people being shot by the Lokis, but as the fighters from the supercaps came in to range the split damage overwhelmed them and Machariels started to drop. When we eventually backed off we’d lost twelve Machariels in exchange for seventeen Lokis, three HICs, and assorted smaller tackle, slightly ahead in value destroyed.
While EG safed up and got ourselves back in order, the NC. fleet warped to a moon in system to begin sieging it with their supers, but as they left the gate we warped back and caught Fuufa in his command ship. EG did a couple of warp-ins at range on the moon where the supers were sieging and picked off an Onerios, Phobos, and Devoter with the loss of a Celestis we’d accidently handed out with only a frigate-sized MWD on (woops) and I think a Vigil.
NC. finished reinforcing the tower they were on and jumped out their supers leaving behind the Loki fleet and an Avatar which I think got bubbled by EON’s dictors. We began to align back to the Lokis, but could see that they hadn’t aligned anywhere so we were fairly certain they were bait for the PL Proteus fleet to finally come in and scram us. Sure enough, as we began to engage a Devoter lit a cyno next to us and the PL Proteus’ entered system, closely followed by blap dreads and additional supercarriers.
We probably could have disengaged reasonably cleanly at this point, but Vee wanted to keep brawling so we stayed regardless.
By this point EG were outnumbered by more than 2 to 1, and the combination of webs from the Lokis, scrams from the Proteus, and split damage from the two fleets, blap dreads, and supers was overwhelming – Our Machs began to drop quickly, so the order was given to warp out if you could. The fight finished with about a 60 / 40 value destroyed in favour of NC. and PL fleets.
All in all it was a very fun and very bloody fight, props to both of them for the brawl, we loved it. People seem to be complaining via every available medium nowadays that everyone in nullsec is “risk averse”, I hope this goes some way to showing that some of us still love those risks.
