Tournament PvP is one of the niches of the game that’s often poorly understood. It usually happens only once a year, the tactics involved are shrouded in secrecy, and the captains often prefer to stay away from the limelight. However, in the ongoing Streamfleet Showdown Invitational 2, a pair of captains have volunteered to talk through a match they fought against one another in order to give a blow-by-blow breakdown of what happened. During this talk they explored not only the decision making processes they go through when in a match, but also some of the preparation and training that goes into getting a team to this stage, and even some of the mistakes they made during this match specifically.
