In one of her first Dev Blogs as community developer for EVE Online, CCP Aurora shared a list of 17 Must-See Locations in EVE Online. This is an excellent start for CCP Aurora, and a great list of interesting places and lore sites to visit if you’ve never been. I am someone who loves visiting these sites and was just yesterday refreshing my public folder of bookmarks of these sites as I have been planning to revisit them with new bros.
I am happy to announce that I am scheduling an open-invite public fleet to all who wish to attend!
The fleet will take place two Saturdays hence (June 7, 2020). It will be a lore-filled roam of as many of the sites as we can visit, and the duration of the fleet is only limited by the attention span of the participants, or their time zones, though I expect the fleet will last 4-5 hours.

Destinations: 25-plus lore sites and locations around EVE Online

Ship Class: Hyperspatial Frigates Only – We will be moving fast
Anyone and everyone is welcome to join this roam, the more the merrier. We will be flying hyperspatial frigates as there are a lot of jumps to cover and the faster we can cover space, the better. You will need to purchase your own. If you decide to come there are a few useful but simple reminders I would like to bring to your attention:
- Set your medical clone to wherever you want to be if you die.
- Bring a clean clone (no implants) – It’s possible we might die somewhere along the way. This is EVE.
- If possible, use one of the inexpensive suggested fits below; your warp speed must be at least 7 AU/sec.
- If you choose to bring a more expensive frigate, it is on your own recognizance. Undock it at your own risk.
- We will use my public Discord server for voice: link to join.
Suggested Fits
Each of the following suggested fits has a warp speed above 7 AU/sec, has a two-second align time, and has at at least tackle and some amount of damage dealing capability. They are also all inexpensive, costing about 2 million ISK each.
Donations: If any enterprising tycoons or alliances in EVE wish to donate fitted ships to this roam, you’re welcome to contract them to Jurius Doctor in Amarr, and I will hand them out at fleet time to those newbros who can’t afford the following fits. Anyone who can afford to buy and bring their own is expected to do so.
