A fleet led by Hard Knocks Citizens (HKRAB) engaged THE R0NIN (47R) in the wormhole system of J141319 on September 4, approximately at 18:25 EVE with assistance from Brave Collective (BRAVE). The 47R fleet, consisting of four dreadnoughts, two carriers, and three T3 cruisers, was caught unaware while working a site, though a Zephyr jumped in to assist shortly after the HKRAB bubbles went up. Both HKRAB and BRAVE suffered no casualties in the lopsided fight. 47R forces were destroyed to the ship, suffering 31B ISK in losses.
BRAVE was invited to attend when HKRAB reached out to The Desolate Order (NDORD) Officer Scott Ormands. NDORD is one of several corporations in BRAVE which operates largely in wormholes. Both HKRAB and BRAVE entered the field together using a grab-bag fleet of T3 cruisers and Guardians, with Devoters and Sabres to bubble. The action was over in approximately 20 minutes.
NDORD had nothing but praise for HKRAB, remarking on how smooth and cohesive the operation was. Scott Ormands remarked, “…it was a lot of fun, I haven’t had a chance to fly with HK before but I was really impressed with how it was managed.”
This is the second time in two weeks that 47R was caught unprepared in J141319. On August 20th, WormHole Occupation and Resource Exploitation (WH0RE) eliminated a smaller fleet worth several billion ISK.
