The first of the new Upwell Navigation Structures have been deployed on Tranquility.
In a tweet on Nov 16, CCP Fozzie announced that TEST Alliance Please Ignore (TEST) had successfully deployed the first of the Pharolux Cyno Beacons. Approximately 22h later, a second tweet announced the deployment of the first pair of Ansiblex Stargates by Goonswarm Federation (CONDI).

While neither tweet revealed the location of these structures, INN’s crack investigative reporting team has managed to undock and go the two whole jumps to confirm that the D-W/1-SMEB gate connection is online and active. As of this time, there has been no deployment reported of the Tenebrex cyno jammers. However, a number of factions may have jammer arrays being anchored, but not onlined.
UPDATE: INN has learned that the D-W/1-SMEB Stargate connection is actually the third pair of stargates to be installed by GSOL. According to an anonymous overworked GSOL director, the actual first pair deployed link Y-2ANO and KVN-36. Shortly afterwards, a Mammoth industrial became the first ship to travel by Ansiblex Stargate on Tranquility. The second gate pairing brought online connect C-N4OD and J5A-IX.
