After recent changes to skill pools that make it possible to fly battlecruisers, battleships and a wider range of weaponry, there is more reason now than ever for Alphas to log in. Many mainline T1 doctrines that were previously restricted to Omegas are now unlocked for all players. But there is a catch: they must be trained as Omega or skill injected before they can be used.
